Our last 2 days in new york were spent sight-seeing. The weather is still cold but it was warmer than minus 4 so it was abit better fro walking around! We went to ground zero, the statue of liberty and china town Tuesday, and Wednesday we went up to see the Yankee's baseball stadium and then walked through central park. Ive got some good photos so i'll try and get some on here when I get chance. Found an irish pub that showed premiership footy so spent the last 3 days in there cause there have been games on.
Have found NYC to be pretty expensive, especially on a budget, but we've pretty much managed to stick to it...even managed to do abit of shopping - got some new converse for $40 (20 quid) and a top from Gap for $14...bargain hunter!
